Matt arrived in Kerrville in 1997 fresh out of Saint John’s University where he earned a B.A. in Mathematics. He spent his first five years in Kerrville as a teacher and a coach for KISD. Matt then shifted into the real estate industry when an opportunity was created for him to join the team at Kerr County Abstract & Title. He learned the ropes quickly as an abstractor and title examiner before quickly ascending to the position of Chief Title Officer. Matt’s eight-plus years in the title insurance industry gives him a knowledge and perspective on real estate that is much different than your typical Realtor. Matt purchased Hill Country Property Management in April of 2011. With his extensive knowledge of the local real estate market combined with his background in statistics, Matt offers a different approach and insight into real estate investments and opportunities. Matt will always be honest with you about your different options and never push a sales pitch on you to just make a commission.
